LEAD INSTRUCTOR
U.S. ARMY Combat Veteran, serving 15 Months Overseas Deployed to Mosul, Iraq in Oct 06' as a Route Clearance Engineer with the 1st Cavalry Division; also performing Missions in Kuwait & Kurdistan.
U.S. ARMY Qualified as an Expert Shooter in both Service Rifle & Service Pistol.
Robert separated from the service & became an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, Shooting Instructor & Head of Tech Support for Multiple Firearms Accessory Manufacturers.
He spent a number of years as a NYC & NYS 911 EMT, Working throughout the Covid 19 Pandemic for NYS/NYC.
He is Lead Instructor at Father & Son Outdoors NY and Works @ Equilibrium Firearms.

NRA Certified Firearms Instructor

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Certified
NYS Certified EMT (Worked NYC & NYS 911 EMS)
Brandon M. Gingo
APPRENTICE INSTRUCTOR
Brandon is a 16yo young man Joining us as an Apprentice Firearms Instructor & Took the NRA Range Safety Officer Class; He will Become a CERTIFIED RSO when he turns 21. He's been closely monitored & trained by his father & mentor since he was very young. From BB & Pellet Guns all the way to Big Bore Rifles, Shotguns & Even Handguns. Brandon also Shoots USPSA/LIPSA Pistol Competitions, Brandon is very well versed for his age in firearm safety and handling and has a wide base of knowledge/skills with firearms of all kinds.

Evan "Panda" Wong
ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR
Starting his shooting career in 2010, Evan recieved his pistol license in NYS and has since been taking courses to improve his skills, helping him gain a wide base of knowledge on firearms and deepen his understanding and shooting skills.
Evan is a very friendly, personable individual who In his free time, enjoys shooting pistol competitions on Long Island, NY under his moniker "Panda". Evan believes that competition is training, its challenging, & improves his skills; all of this and more is what makes him a great candidate to be our new firearms Instructor assistant.
He Instructs with Father & Son Outdoors NY & Works at Equilibrium Firearms.
